Video: 2010 Camaro SS Fooling Around with Corvette ZR1!

So we’ve seen a whole bunch of official images of the 2010 Camaro SS. But how about a video of the range-topping Camaro that gets a 422 HP 6.2-liter V8 engine? Well the good news is that someone leaked (with or without GM’s consent - you can never be sure about these things), raw footage from what appears to be an official promotional film of the Camaro SS playing around with the Corvette ZR1 on the race track. The bad news is that the film is unpolished so some parts are missing sound while others have been abruptly cut. -Video after the jump

When matted to a 6-speed manual gearbox, the C250 CDi BlueEFFICIENCY can accelerate from standstill to 100 km/h (62mph) in 7.0 sec and on to a top speed of 250 km/h (155mph) with an average fuel consumption of just 5.2 lt/100km or 45.2 US mpg. Video: Renault’s Ondelios Luxury Crossover Concept

The Ondelios concept is Renault’s extreme vision for a high-end 6-seat crossover with business-like amenities for all passengers that will debut at next month's Paris Show. But as with all previous attempts from the French automaker to enter the luxury car segment –think R25, Safrane, Avantime and the current Vel Satis, the Ondelios doesn't seem to convince with its odd (to say the least) design. As with most concept cars today, the Ondelios is equipped with a lithium-ion battery and powered by a hybrid drivetrain which combines a powerful 205 HP version of Renault’s 2.0-liter dCi diesel engine, with two 20kW electric motors at the front end rear axles. -Video after the jump

Savoir-Vivre: How to Park in a Really Tight Spot

Posted by ai 12:48 PM, under ,,, | No comments

Looks like someone was having a bad day… Check out how this man attempts to squeeze a Renault Megane (it seems it is somewhere in France) in a parking spot that doesn’t look big enough to fit a Twingo, let alone a compact-sized model. After bashing both front and rear cars, he eventually realizes that there’s no way he can the Megane will fit in the tight parking spot so he does what every sane guy would do: he leaves the car as is and walks away! -Video after the jump

Posted by ai 6:12 AM, under ,,, | No comments

Everyone has their own opinion on the Forte’s design but let's hear what the man behind the subcompact sedan’s styling, Kia’s Chief Design Officer, Peter Schreyer, has to say about the Korean carmaker’s latest creation. Schreyer moved to Kia in 2006 after working for more than a decade at Audi and VW. The German designer is best known for his work in Audi and chiefly for establishing the Bauhaus-inspired styling which is still evident in Audi’s line-up.
